Terms and Conditions of Sale – Goodwood Fuel, Stoves, and Charcoal
By purchasing from Goodwood, you agree to our terms and conditions, which are in full compliance with Irish consumer protection laws. All products—including firewood, stoves, and charcoal—are sold as described, and we strive to ensure top quality and accuracy in every order. Minor natural variations may occur, particularly with firewood and charcoal, as per industry standards. Under Irish law, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases, during which time you may cancel your order and receive a full refund, provided the goods are unused and returned in their original condition. Free delivery applies to orders over €300. Please note that warranty terms on stoves may vary by brand and should be reviewed at the time of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Although great care and attention is given to the presentation and quality control of your firewood, it is industry standard and generally accepted to have up to 3% of other wood species mixed in.
